ps. If you see this in time, we’re hosting our first ever “A Day Away” wellness retreat. On Sunday, October 15 from 7:30am-1:30pm you’ll start your day with yoga, followed by a smoothie & granola. Then we’ll head out for a hike followed by a home cooked meal. Upon returning to Kokoro, we’ll have a delicious organic, home cooked meal followed by some hot and cold therapies and finally a deep stretch and meditation before you re-enter your world.
