  • You will be provided with everything you need including lockers, towels, robe, showers, and shower products.
  • Feel free to bring any additional items you may need
  • Please place your phone in silent mode for the duration of your appointment.
  • Please plan on wearing a swimsuit.

Recommended Protocol

  1. Hot
    Sweat in our traditional sauna for 15 minutes
  2. Cold
    2 minute cold plunge
  3. Repeat
    If your appointment time allows, repeat for a total of 2-3 cycles
